Fine gardens, tasteful decor, helpful staff, magical setting, delicious food.

Everything was spot on.

We were excited to spend our new year in this resort. The location was perfect as it was far from the crowds but still accessible to the main attractions. The food was satisfactory with a good variety. The staff was friendly and made an effort to keep us comfortable throughout our stay. , it was great to have a free Wi-Fi connection in the room.

It was not properly maintained and the amenities were outdated. The air conditioning was not working properly and the bathroom was not clean enough.

We had a wonderful stay surrounded by lush greenery and a serene atmosphere. The hotel facilities were top notch with a refreshing infinity pool and clean, spacious rooms. We particularly appreciated the attentive and friendly staff were really good to ensure our needs were met. the location was convenient, being close to major attractions in the area.

Not obvious to find.

If you're looking for a perfect location for a peaceful holiday, you should definitely try this place amidst lush greenery. Enjoy the beautiful gardens, exotic flora and fauna down the slopes, closely located to all the major attractions in North Goa. the old-world charm of the villas will take your breath away, with modern amenities to cater to your every need. the hospitable owner will make sure you have the best service, and the delicious breakfast will leave you energized the whole day.

One minor issue was the presence of insects, common in such a beautiful natural setting.

Spend Xmas at a charming hotel surrounded by a beautiful garden. Great location to explore nearby beaches, plus delicious food and friendly staff! Rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and comfy, with many choices for families or friends. the hotel's serene surroundings give you the chance to relax and watch nature.

There were some pesticide smells in the rooms and outdoor areas. the dinner menu had limited choices, but lunch was not bad.
